Before commencing your business operations, it's essential to obtain a Consent to Establish (CTE) from the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB). This authorization is mandated by both the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act of 1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act of 1981. The CTE serves as confirmation of compliance with environmental regulations and is a prerequisite for initiating business activities.

The CCA is necessary for conducting your business activities. This process entails submitting the required application form, documents, and fees as per the prescribed format. Subsequently, an inspection is carried out, and upon issuance of the CTE, the Consent to Operate is granted.
